The website was made recently
Your website is a static site (uses HTML + CSS)
Your website has text, color, and an image (Boba Requirements)
Your website includes: 3 html pages of content, a favicon, and a title
Your website contains at least one scoop
You haven't gotten a Swirl Grant before
If your website was submitted for Boba Drops, it has since been expanded on to help improve your skills
Note these are primary requirements for SWIRL, if you do not meet these, you are ineligible
